Shane Terrel is a graduate of Northwestern
Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration focusing his studies on Economics, Finance and
Accounting. He is also a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. He is
the founder and sole owner of Hunting Country Real Estate.
Mr. Terrel has been self-employed since the age of fifteen, when he
started his own custom harvest business with his older brother, Shawn.
The Terrel Brothers spent their summers pursuing the wheat harvest from
Texas to North Dakota. After graduating from high school in Carmen,
Oklahoma he redirected his farming efforts on a more local basis
concentrated on raising alfalfa.
Mr. Terrel is a 4th generation farmer, who continues to operate the
family farm with his wife, Julie and their two children Mitchell and
Shayla. The Terrel family resides in Alva Oklahoma. |

Todd Lewis brings a diversified aspect to our team having knowledge of
both agriculture and hunting. Since 1990 Mr. Lewis has been involved in
agriculture on the family farm and ranch raising cattle and growing a
variety of crops. In 1998 the family expanded into the Outfitting
business with their own guided hunting service know as 7L Hunting.
Currently these businesses are operated by four generations of Mr.
Lewis's family.
Mr. Lewis has previously served as a Board of Director for the Kansas
Sport Hunting Association, a member of the Meade County Kansas Economic
Development Board and as a volunteer fireman.
In addition to his active role in marketing real estate Mr. Lewis
manages operations and marketing for their family farm and hunting
operations with his wife, Brenda and their three daughters Elizabeth,
Bailey and Bristol. The Lewis family are Life-long residents of the area
and reside in Fowler Kansas. |

Mark Buck is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Conservation and Masters of
Education Degree in Education Administration. While attending NWOSU, Mr.
Buck was a four year starter on the Northwestern Rangers Football team
and competitive on their track and field team as well.
In addition to Mr. Buck's real estate career his support and influence
to the education of our youth is commendable with his role as Principal
and Coach at Medicine Lodge Middle School. His dedication to the younger
generation is apparent in and out of the classroom. Mr. Buck along with
his two sons have been avid outdoorsmen and take every opportunity to
spend time in the field. The Buck family enjoys all aspects of hunting
from bow hunting Whitetail Deer to following a great bird dog on the
search for Bobwhite Quail. Mark, his wife Tina and their two boys Josh
and Taylor reside in Medicine Lodge Kansas (Unit 16)! |

Mitch Barney graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business and earned his
Associates Degree in Applied Science from Northeastern Oklahoma A & M.
While attending college Mr. Barney was a competitive member of the NWOSU
Rodeo Team reaching the National College Finals Rodeo two years in two
separate events.Mr. Barney is a
native of Logan Iowa, where his family pursues their farming operation
mostly comprised of raising corn, alfalfa and soybeans.
Mr. Barney started training horses at the
age of fifteen. In addition to his career in the real estate industry he
owns a horse training business that focuses on Reining Futurity
Prospects. Mr. Barney's clientele show their prospect horses
competitively throughout the nation. |

is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree and a Masters Degree in Agricultural Education. Early in Mr.
Smith's career he was the Agricultural Education instructor at Fargo
Oklahoma and later at Burlington High School in Northwest Oklahoma. He
later became the State Supervisor of agricultural Education and State
FFA Advisor. Mr. Smith served on the National FFA Board of Directors.
The National FFA Organization awarded Mr.
Smith a special VIP Citation for making significant contributions to
agricultural education. This was noted as being one of the most
prestigious awards a person may receive for supporting FFA and its
programs. Smith was honored at the 80th National FFA Convention in
Indianapolis.
After serving education for 38 years Mr.
Smith is now working harder than ever enjoying his life-long desire
pursuing farm and ranch land sales. In addition to his active role in
real estate Eddie and his wife Barbara continue to manage the family
farm in Northwest Oklahoma. Eddie and Barbara reside in Stillwater,
Oklahoma. |

Skeeter Bird is a distinguished military graduate of Northwestern
Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor Degree in History and a
Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Alaska,
Anchorage. Mr. Bird served 21 years honorable service in the Army.
His service in the Army includes the
accomplishment of a Huey, Cobra and Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot with
numerous deployments and assignments placing him in 10 different
countries over the course of his career. For the last 10 years of his
military career, he was stationed in Anchorage Alaska where he had the
opportunity to hunt several of the finest big game species in North
America including Dall Sheep, Mountain Goat, Moose, Caribou, Bear, Deer
and Elk.
In 2005, Mr. Bird returned back to his
family home in Alva, Oklahoma and accepted the position as Chief
Executive Officer of the Northwestern Oklahoma State University
Foundation. He stills holds that position and loves the work he is able
to do in helping young people of Northwest Oklahoma, Southern Kansas,
and the Texas panhandle better themselves through education.
The entire Bird family enjoys living in
Alva. Skeeter and his wife, Raye Lyn with their three daughters,
Madison, Cheney and Liberty live on a farm north of Alva Oklahoma. All
three daughters hunt, fish, and enjoy the outdoors. When time and
schedules permit, you can find them outside and connected with the great
outdoors. |

Ryan Choate is a Graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor
Degree in Wildlife Ecology. His studies include work in the wildlife
industry as an intern for the Oklahoma Wildlife Department participating
in projects with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and experience as a
Field Producer for a television hunting show.
Growing up in the Oil & Gas rich areas of Hennessey and Enid Oklahoma
permitted Mr. Choate opportunities in the energy play across much of
northern and central Oklahoma. In addition to his career in real estate
Mr. Choate operates an oil field services company working with his
family in the Oil & Gas industry.
Mr. Choate’s combined understanding of real estate marketing, hunting,
wildlife ecology and oil & gas production brings a well-rounded asset to
the Hunting Country Team. Ryan is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and
resides in Enid Oklahoma.

Steve Williams is a distinguished military graduate of the University of
Colorado and holds a Masters in Security Strategies from the National
War College, serving 24 years honorable service in the Army.
In 2001 Mr. Williams was placed on a post 9-11 task force reporting to
then National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice. His service in the Army
includes the accomplishments of a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot and an
Infantry Brigade Commander with 23 deployments, two of which were spent
in Afghanistan. During his most recent tour to Afghanistan he held three
positions as the US Commander of Southern Afghanistan, the NATO Deputy
Commander of Southern Afghanistan and the Commander of Kandahar military
base.
Mr. Williams is a highly decorated Officer, receiving one of Canada’s
highest Medals for commanding a NATO operation in a volatile area of
Southern Afghanistan. Retiring at the rank of Colonel, Mr. Williams
completed his service working at the Pentagon as Chief of Staff for the
Joint Staff at the National Guard Bureau.
Mr. Williams grew up working on his grandfather’s cattle ranch in
Hempstead, Texas and has an immeasurable passion for agriculture. His
travels have allowed him to hunt a variety of wildlife all over the
world. He is also a Licensed Texas Auctioneer (Lic # 16790) and a Texas
Certified Beef Quality Assurance Producer.
The Williams family is glad to be back home in Texas. Steve’s son Justin
is finishing his degree in Business at the University of Colorado and
son Jordan recently served in Iraq with the US Army. Steve and his wife
Angela, with their twin sons Tristen and Tyler, are happy to have found
a family centered community in which to raise their children with morals

Henry Quigley is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Economics. His professional career includes 38 years
experience as a professional real estate Broker.
Mr. Quigley’s business accomplishments include professions in money
management, stock brokerage, development, investment, and real estate
licenses held in multiple states. The Houston Business Journal ranked
Mr. Quigley as one of the Top 10 brokers among all brokers in the
Houston Texas area for individual production in 2001 based on the number
of properties sold.
Mr. Quigley’s honorable military background includes service in the Army
Security Agency performing services under the National Security Agency.
Mr. Quigley also offers a diversified agricultural background as a
previous owner of a Purebred Polled Hereford Cattle operation
responsible for producing a Benchmark Cow.
Mr. Quigley was born in Wamego, Kansas and raised in Kansas City,
Missouri. Henry and his wife Margie have lived in Texas for the past
21years. |

Rick Phillips is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education. He also has a
Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Webster University, St.
Louis, Missouri. Mr. Phillips served 20 years in the U.S. Army.
His tours of duty include Germany, Korea, Washington D.C., and Fort
Hood, Texas. He had assigned duties in Iraq, Bosnia, and Panama. He
has joint experience working with all services as well as serving with
foreign officers at the Inter-American Defense Board and College. He
has visited all 50 states; most of them numerous times.Rick was raised in East Texas and that is where he and his wife Alana
live now. They have two daughters: Taylor - currently attending Sam
Houston State University and Holly - in high school. In addition to
real estate activities the Phillips family operates a registered Black
Angus cattle breeding operation on their Seven Pines Ranch.
